frontend upload not working

frontend upload not working was created by Webteam4u
We noticed that the front end submit button is no longer working. Cancel button works fine..submit does not do anything...any ideas?

Joomla version 3.10.12
Edocman version 1.25.8

Hi,
You can submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site credentials. I will check the issue with Document Upload form for you.
