Document must double save befor i can download it

Hello dear edocman team, I hope you can perhaps help me. Following problem:
1. I create a category, it works perfectly
2. I create a document in this category, it works perfectly
3. I create a group in Joomla, it works perfectly
4. I open the previously created category in edocman and assign download rights to the group. works perfectly
5. I assign the group to a user, it works perfectly Now comes the actual error User cannot download the documents in this category.

BUT!!!! After I edit and save the document again, the user can download the document. Any other group that I give download permission can do this too.

Conclusion: I have to create a document and save it and then call it up again and save it again. I do not understand it entirely.

Could you please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. I will check this issue for you.
