permissions to see and download documents

Hi,
we have some categorys where the documents are asigned to a specific user.
Every user can see his own documents.

Now our admin crew should be able to see and download all documents in a specific category from all users. Is this possible with edocman?

At the moment the admin crew can see only there own documents in this category.

If the category hasn't been assigned to specific user(s) or Joomla group(s). And access level of category is Public. The everyone can see/download documents of that category

Nope. As of a week ago, all of my documents now require a login at admin level.
