Hide Fields in upload form

How can I hide the "Description" and "Short Description" fields?

If you want to hide fields in "Add document" form, you will need to modify the layout to remove those fields. We can help you to do this. Please submit new ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account so we can make that change for you.
