subdirecories upload ok / categories upload not ok

Hello,

I have created different categories that contain subdirectories that should be filled with uploads by the user. The upper directories should not be changeable, or there should be no "upload" button displayed. How can I achieve this?

Folder1/en/folderforupload/

here the user should only be able to upload files to the folder for upload.

I just want the "upload" button to appear when the last folder is accessed.

Folder1/en/folderforupload/

For Folder1 or Folder en, the button should not appear at the top right. Nothing may be uploaded to these folders.
