Can download but not view

Why is it I can download but not view a document?  example is  www.oasttheatre.com/membership/oast-notes

Hi Peter,
Please change permission of below folders [root ]/plugins/edocman/viewpdf/ospdfjs/web/ to make sure all files in that folder and its sub-folders can be access directly. The the Document view function will work smoothly.
You also can use Google Viewer function as an alternative solution, it is a feature of Edocman too.

All permissions are either 755 or 644 which I guess are appropriate. I was advised not to use Google viewer because if often failed to load the document...Anyway I have changed back to Google viewer and hope that it is now more reliable. Thanks

The mentioned errors has cause from permission problem. It only can be solved by solving access permission of files and folders. If you can't solve the issue, we can help you to do it.
