Class 'EDocmanHelper' not found

Dear Support,
All inner pages has displaying this error: Class 'EDocmanHelper' not foundCan you please help to fix this issues?

remark: Since our site domain not pointed to new server.Please update your Hosts file in Windows, (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts) before open our site.The location of the hosts file of Mac OS X – /private/etc/hosts
How can I send private login information to you for checking?

I have the same issue. When I activate the "EDocman Filter Categories" module, this issue message appears and the page crashes.
Please a short guide to fix this problem.

Please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account, we will help you to figure out the cause of issue
