Customise Front End was created by jimi

Hi
We would like to customise the front end display of a users uploads by removing the date range, categories and filter sections as shown below

so the user can only see a list of the files he has uploaded, is this possible, if so how ?

Hi Jimi,
If you still need this change, i will remove those filter fields for you. Your site credentials are still in your ticket
