UNRESOLVED MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH COMPONENT

I see that this issue has never been resolved and it was reported in support tickets to you several months earlier.  Members cannot download, nor view certain files. Only the details button appears in some instances on certain files.  The Group Presets and categories are set correctly. The members who cannot access these files are all active, paid members. 
I sent you login access again so that you can see this problem which was reported while within warranty period.
