Admin Mass Download was created by Claire Haas
Hi,
I am looking for a way for Managers/Administrators/Super Admin to be able to filter Documents by Registered User and click to Mass Download them. I see in eDocman - Documents I can download them individually. Is there a way to mass download them?
If not...
Is there a way using the Mass Download function on the front end of the site? Registered Users can upload and only see their own, but Managers/Admin/Super Admin can see all Documents from all Registered Users? I can't find a way to configure it so that Managers etc can see all uploads in the front end.
Kind regards

Hi Claire,
Currently, Edocman doesn't have option to check the users who already download documents (through Mass Download function)
Thanks

Hi Dam,
Thank you for your quick reply but this isn’t what I was asking.
To try to be clear Registered Users upload to the site, they don’t download. Admin needs to be able see and mass download from any Registered User that they filter. The eDocman Documents area allows Admins to download the Registered Users uploaded documents one by one. It is the Mass download function for Admins that I am looking for.
So if it can’t be done in eDocman Admin area then how do I configure it so that Admin Users can see all of the Registered Users uploaded documents in the front end? At the moment each user can only see their own, which is how I want it for Registered Users but I want Admin Users to see ALL uploads from everyone. If this is possible on the front end then I can configure the site so that they can add it to a Mass Download list.

Hi Claire,
It's great feature, but hasn't available in Edocman. I will consider to find solution to implement it in next Edocman version
Thanks
