Access error

Hi 
I have a restricted access group, where users can view PDF's.
In this, I also have a Word .doc document. When downloading, the user gets the error "You are not allowed to perform this action".

Please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. I will help you to figure the cause of problem.

We have the same problem. Could you explain how you solved it? Trying to access a word-document results in the error

"ErrorYou are not allowed to perform this action"
