EDocman Limit Upload & Download Plugins - Error

Thanks for the great group of extensions!

I am receiving an error message when I try to enable the EDocman Limit Upload & Download plugins:

0 htmlspecialchars(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, array given

Any suggestions?
