Hi Dario,
When you add/edit document, you can add tags normally. See screenshot.

Thanks for your intervention. This is what appears to me when I insert or edit a new document. The tag does not appear

Hi Dario,
You just need to enter the tag name, then, press "Enter" to store the tag into the temporarily queue.
