hit and miss pdf view

I've noticed that when clicking a PDF view button, on occasions it works fine but others you get a blank untitled window, After refreshing from 1-3 maybe 4 times the pdf loads. I can't see any logic to this. any suggestions?

We noticed this issue because some customers also complained about the same thing on Google Viewer. However, also because this problem occurs on Google viewer, so it is difficult to find the cause of it. In addition, not everyone has problems with viewing the content of pdf files on Google viewer, most people comment that function works stably. In this case, you can disable Google viewer and use PDF Viewer function of Edocman for instead?

Just disabled the google viewer options and view gives me a 404 resource not found error. oh well....
