Document Download and Share Buttons Not Working

I had to remove the share button because the form came up, says it successfully shared the document, but it was not received by the recipient. The download button on the initial document details page highlights as indicated in the attached document, but does not give options for downloading. What information can I provide you to determine why these features are  not working properly?
Joomla 3.10.3
eDocman 1.19.10.

Please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. I will figure the cause of issue
