problems with loading files from frontend was created by Ezequiel Lidijover
Hi
In the form to upload files from frontend, the Description or short description fields do not work
it just won't let me write anything
Also when I hover over the title of the field it disappears.

Hi,
Please open Joomla Global Configuration -> Tab: Site, and in field: Default Editor, please select option: Tiny MCE, then, you can check the Document Upload form again
Thanks

thanks .. that worked but that editor messes with the rest of the components in which I already have content created with JCE and that I need to edit continuously.
By any chance do you know if there is any configuration in JCE to carry out that avoids the conflict?

Hi,
You need to contact with JCE Support team to ask them how to use their editor at frontend side, it's not problem of Edocman. Hope you understand.
Thanks
Dam
