Direct Access to download link is not allowed was created by Patrick Bösch
Hello all,

I noticed today that the download on one of my pages no longer works. When I click on the file, the message "Direct access to download link is not allowed" appears in the bottom right corner. 
I just can't figure out what to change to make the download work again. Who can help me?

Hi Patrick,
Please open Edocman Configuration page -> Tab: Sef Router Settings and enable configure option: Include Document Id, then, please test the download function again

Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account, we will check and help you to figure the cause of issue

Hi Patrick,
You can try to go to Edocman Configuration -> Tab: Sef Router Setting and enable configure option: Include Document Id
Then, please check the download links at frontend again

With this kind of issue, you had better to submit new ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account. We will able to help you to figure out the cause of problem.

Hi,

I have the same issue too.
Also, if I use the plugin to put the document inside of one article this don't work too. Please love this because this happens in different sites.
