Hey there...
Is there anyway to switch of the category listing, and therefore stop anyone / spiders trawling it...to find all the documents in the EDOC LIBRARY
www.mysite.com/component/edocman
Thanks

Hi there..
Ok we are using EDOCMAN purely to hold documents for our website, and manage them this way... we then link directly to documents using the article editor...
We therefore don't need the document category view for people to access all the documents and bypass the Articles we create ?
Does that make sense ?

Hi Philip,
Unfortunately, in Edocman, Category is main object, so it's impossible to hide category at frontend. You will still need one default category for all documents in your Edocman system
Thanks
Dam
