Guest can’t read documents and download

Guest can’t read documents and download was created by saovry
Is there possible allow guest to read document from registered users upload into category? When guest click on documents (Please login to access to this document).
I want guest to read document and download document.
I configure guest group allows download document but guest can’t see button download/view, guest can see only button Detail and Bookmark.
Hid Download Button set to NO.
Show View Button set to Yes.

Hi Saovry,
You need to make sure the access level of categories and uploaded documents are public, so both guests and logged users will able to see and download documents from frontend side of Edocman extension.

Here is Guest configure Level
 

The documents are show for guest, the category is public also but it is require guest login to read the document. 
 

I want guest to read document/download permission as user login.

do you have any advices?

I want to explain more detail..
I have category (Math), Sub-category(G7, G8 and more), users login able to upload document into sub-category.

what I want
- Guest can read those document and check detail those documents.
- User login able to read, download and check all documents detail belong to other users.

I check Joomla access level and Edocman category access level but I can’t get what I want.

How could I can achieve these things?

Hi Saovry,
I am afraid that you already setup permissions wrongly. Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account, i will help you to figure the cause of issue and solve it for you
