I am trying to add new tags to a document. When entering any number of desired tags, after Save they do not appear on the new/edited document. I manually created some tags in the database, and those are recognized - they pop up when entering tags and all seems ok. But I can't seem to add any new ones besides directly into the database. Can anyone help? btw, The last post with this issue was fixed through the ticketing system - what was the resolution??
Hi Kevin,
When you enter the keyword tag, you should press Enter to save the tag in temporarily list, then, you can do the same for different tags.
Thus, when you save the document details, the tags will be stored normally.
