Disable Server Image Access was created by Christoph G. Olesch
Hello ...
I'm new to EDocman. I have given Registered Users the ability to upload documents from the front end using the Simple Form setting. However, when the User adds an image or video into the Short Desrciption or the Description areas, he/she has access to the Server Directories. This also gives him the capability to add/delete folders and images. In Joomla, the default is JCE Editor. I have enabled JCE Frontend Profiles and removed the Image Icon, but when I open EDocman, it is still available. Is there a setting in EDocman that disables Server image access, so that the User can only browse and upload from his own computer?
Thanks ... Christoph

Hi Chris,
You can go to Backend -> Extensions -> Plugins and filter Editor Xtd plugins type. And then, with plugin like: Button - Image, please select access level is Special. Thus, only administrator can see/use the "Image" button in your editors.
Thanks
Dam

Hi,
Do not provide super admin account of your site on Public forum, we won't be responsibility if your site is hacked. Please click on menu: Support Ticket at the top and raising new ticket on category: Edocman, that's private area and you can provide your site credentials
Thanks
