Cofiguration subitems are not displayed in the administration/backend of joomla

Hi community,

i use joomla 3.9.25 and i have already installed eDocman on another site without any problems.

On this website, despite error-free installation is not displayed to me in the administration / backend in the configuration section the sub-items general, message, themes, sef settings, css, download-id. Here I see only general. does anyone have an idea for a solution?

ich benutze joomla 3.9.25 und habe bereits auf einer anderen Seite eDocman ohne Probleme installiert.

Auf dieser website wird mir trotz fehlerfreien installation wird mir in der administration / backend im Bereich Konfiguration nicht die Unterpunkte General, Nachricht, Themen, sef einstellungen, css, download-id angezeigt. Hier sehe ich nur general. hat hierzu jemand eine Idee zur Lösung?

With this kind of issue, please submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account, i will debug and help you to solve the problem
