Hey all.
I like almost everything about edocman, but I have one issue.
My downloads structure is as follows.
Folder 1
Sub Folder 1
Sub Folder 2
Sub Folder 3
Folder 2
Sub Folder 1
Sub Folder 1
Sub Folder 1
Folder 3
Sub Folder 1
Sub Folder 1
Sub Folder 1
And so on
I have a link setup but I cant get it to display all of the primary categories, I need to specify at least one category and then it only displays that particular category.
Is there any way in which i can have a link that displays all the main categories without having to actually select one

Hi Craig,
You can setup menu to layout: Edocman Categories, it will list all main categories in your Edocman system first, then, you can click on specific category to go to the page where its sub-categories and all documents of chosen category showing.
Thanks
Dam

Hi can I FTP multiple files PDF/XLS/DOC into multiple folders then auto display in each folder front end without the need for me to individually load and attach each file?

Hi Rich,
You can upload physical files (.pdf/.xls/.doc) into corresponding category folders based on document types. Then, you can use plugin: Edocman Auto Import tool to import those documents into Edocman system. Remember that at one time, you can import documents of one category.
Thanks
Dam
