Unreliability

Hi Mr Dam,

This is difficult to pin down, but we're finding eDocman is very unreliable.  Often documents come up 'untitled' but appear on the third or fourth attempt.  It seems to be more reliable with .pdfs than .docx.  Do you have experience of this?  Could it be something in the css or the template?  any help or advise greatly appreciated.

I knew I had posted this issue before... it is undermining the whole usage of this product. I use edocmanlink quite regularly and many users says the links don't work whne they do for me. I need to fix this please.

We need to test the links created in Edocmanlink plugin and in case it doesn't work, we will fix it for you. You can submit ticket on category: Edocman and provide your site url with super admin account so we can work on it.
