The View link gives a 404.

I am having the same problem. When trying to view PDFs I get a "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access this resource." error. I can download the PDFs and open them with no problem. It's only when I click "View" that the error occurs.

Same for me. Seems like a problem in the new forcedownloadforviewing() function when using PDF files?
