All questions about EDocman extension

error message: Error Save failed with the following error: Could not json decode

I loaded a document successfully, then subsequently found I could not view it because of Error 0 Could not JSON decode the token. So I tried to reload the document and got the error in the title. I even obtained a new version of the document. I do not know how to proceed.

I now realise it is happening to all documents. Help!

Hi Peter,
Please unpublish below Edocman plugins (if they are available) to solve the issue
1. Edocman Dropbox
2. Edocman Amazon S3
3. Edocman Gdrive
Those plugins are used to store documents on third party storages. But in case you don't want to use that feature, you can unpublish them to solve the issue.
