Adding thumbnail to front end upload

Adding thumbnail to front end upload was created by Peter Bibb
When my user presses the upload button to upload a new document, he does not get the thumbnail field. I can't find how to configure this. Help!

Hi Peter,
It's simple document modification layout, and it doesn't contain "Thumbnail image" field, you can submit ticket and provide your site url with super admin account. I will help you to add that field for you
