Loading to different categories was created by Peter Bibb
When my user wants to load a document to a specific category, he is unable to select the category and it always shows one specific ('Administration'). How can the user select the category to which a document is being loaded?
Many thanks
Peter

Hi Dam,
If you go to www.scottsproject.org.uk/ and select Governance, then Accounts you will see an eDocman screen containing all documents in the Accounts Category. If you signon with nimda/BJ04ume1 (sign on link at the bottom) and go to the same screen you can see the Upload button. When you press that button it has 'Administration' as the category, and it cannot be changed. Uploading on that screen should go to Accounts category. Similarly for other pages like Governance -> Policies.
Thanks
Peter

Hi Peter,
Actually, in specific Edocman Category, if you upload document, the selected category will be the Category in page. If you want to show dropdown select list Category, you should setup menu to layout: Edocman -> Upload Document
Thanks

The specific category point does not seem to work, but setting up a separate menu option to upload the document does work. Thank you.
