Just cant get things quite right

I am trying to get the following working. I have downloads for each item listed in each idividual product page (using Zoo), so at the bottom of the product pages are links to various files within the edocman system
I want to have a direct link to download the file (this will use the title of the document) but I also want them to have a small button next to that link that lets them view the document without downloading.

Presently I click on the text link to direct download and instead am taken a page with the file name listed, Download button, View button. Click on download and it does not download but instead takes me to the website home page, click view and it tries to open it up in the browser with no succes and a white page of nothing

Ideally this is what I would like to see on each products page

ICON - Title for document linked to save the file - View Button

Sorry for the lengthy delay, I figure dout how to do this, I needed to adjust the edocman plugin.
