Restrict Access of Document Detail Page

It appears that access levels only apply to document downloads and not to the detail pages. Is there anyway to fix that?

Also, when using the Latest Documents module, is there a way to only list documents that users have access to?

Hi Adam,
I don't think so, if you don't have permission to see the document at frontend, it won't be shown even in the listing page
