Layout Unavailable? was created by haser buen
I noticed that there is Tree List shown on the list of menu items, but on the actual demo, it says Tree view, but this layout seems to be unavailable. Is this a special template? Also there is no way to have an overall category list without selecting one category, but even with one category selected, the others do not appear on the page. I have attached an image of the Edocman demo layout, apparently in "Tree View".
How can I get this exact look for my layout and why is it listed as "tree list" as opposed to tree view?

There is no "Tree View" option. There is only "Tree List". Tree List option when selected does not display the categories in a layout manner like the one in Demo (see attachment). On the page itself only 1 category appears, and yes other categories are published. On the admin menu edit panel notice that a category must be selected. This makes no sense if a list of all categories is wanted. Explain
