Multiple customer integration with Membership Pro

Hi I am setting up a membership based document portal using Membership Pro and Edocman.

My client want's separate documents to be allocated to each of their clients (a group of members).

The folder structure will be the same for each client.

How do I set this up please?

Anyone?

Basically I need customer A to only see their files and customer B to only see their own files etc. The folder structure (categories and sub categories) remains the same for all customers but the files within will change from customer to customer.
