Document Ordering

Hi, I'm looking for some assistance with document ordering. This happens all over our site but I have a few screenshots of a specific example.

In the example I have three documents in a category (AMF). As you can see in the image link below I have the ordering set by title.

I have tried all the options available and none of them seem to do anything.
Below is a screenshot of the documents that I'm trying to order

The next screenshot is how they appear on the website. As you can see there doesn't appear to be any order applied. Doesn't match the title or the order they appear in the backend.

You could say they're ordered by file size but that's just a coincidence, in other lists they're not.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Hi, I can create a ticket but I can't get you access to the site as it sits on an extranet with very tightly controlled access. Is it still worth creating the ticket?
