Problems generating thumbnails

Problems generating thumbnails was created by Andreas Brümmer
Hi all,

there's a problem with generating thumnails:

1. Uploaded pics for thumbnails will be resized (smaller than orignal)
2. Pics will be renamed.

The 2nd point wasn't in previor versions. This problem should be fixed!
