Hi

What's the best way to create direct url to single document?
I'd like to know both SEF and non SEF (index.php?option=com_edocman&???) way

In joomla Menu Item type there is no option to choose single file, only category layout.

Also when menu item to category is created, when hovered over document URL it looks like this:

www.ourwebsite.com/downloads/document-name-alias/download.html
Is it possible to change it into something like this?
www.ourwebsite.com/downloads/document-name-alias/

Hi,
The link to document will have format:
domain.com/index.php?option=com_edocman&...nt&id=ID_of_document
