Document-url not counting was created by Arjan Hendriks
Hi, when a document is downloaded which is document-url, downloads and hits are not being counted. It does show in the log though. Is it a matter of configuration and did I miss that setting, or can it be for another reason?

Could you please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you?
