I have checked the french translation and corrected a few errors such as EDOCMAN_DATE which was "Rendez-vous amoureux" instead of "Date"
Here is the file as I do not know how to share it.
To be able to add it to this post I changed the extension from .ini to .txt and to avoid confusion with existing admin or site language file I renamed it with an explicit name fr-FR.com_edocman-site-enriched-1.12.0.txt
As far as administration language file is concerned, I added the new language tricks that were mission. For same reason as site language file I have changed .ini to .txt and an explicite file name to avoid confusion : fr-FR.com_edocman-admin-enriched-1.12.0.txt
Would you kindly incorporate this files, after renaming of cours in you next release ?
