download link connected to text iso button

I would like to make a download link to an eDocMan document to a text string in a page, instead of having to use a button. How is this done?

I want to make a link to a text.
Example:
I put on a page: if you want to know more, please read the article.
The word "article" should have a link, so that users, when clicking on the word "article" they can download the eDocman document.

Any comments?
