Is there a way to follow documents set permissions when the documents are indexed? All my hidden files are searchable publicly after indexing them regardless of permissions. Thanks for any help.
Hi,
You need to change permission of documents in your Edocman. If your documents have access level is Registered, a public user will not able to search content of your PDF files.
