Various questions

Morning guys

I am having some serious problems getting this to work. I have outlined a couple below.

1. I want the categories to be displayed like this

joomdonationdemo.com/edocman/

joomdonationdemo.com/edocman/index.php/video

But despite playing with various settings and permissions I can't get it to work

I would then like the listing to display like this where the video file opens in a modal

joomdonationdemo.com/edocman/index.php/video/sample-mp4

1. If I click on the entry, it takes me to the listing but the format is wrong. It is using the components template, here is the path

www.mywebsite.co.uk/index.php/resources/...nosis?tmpl=component

If I remove ?tmpl=component, then it displays properly

These are the main issues so if i can get some help it would be appreciated

Hi Mark,
1. If you want to have categories layout like this: joomdonationdemo.com/edocman/
You can setup menu to layout: Edocman - Categories
2. This layout: joomdonationdemo.com/edocman/index.php/video is Edocman - Category, and you can use to list documents of specific category.
3. Please turn off configure option "Show Document Detail in Popup" in Edocman Configuration -> Tab: Themes to solve the problem in layout: www.mywebsite.co.uk/index.php/resources/...nosis?tmpl=component

I've sort of done that but I'm still having problems getting the view button to show in list and details view
