Hi Customer Service,
Could I ask with eDocman is there a way to have audio files (wav/mp3) previewed before download? For images you have the "View" button which allows viewing in google viewer but is there something similar or some way that audio clips can be listened to briefly before download?
Thanks
Daley

Hi,
With Audio files, Edocman has feature to play the Video files through Sound player. You just need to go to Edocman Configuration and enter the sound extension into field: File Extensions for viewing
Thanks

Hi Dam,
Are you talking about "Allowed File Types" in the back-end configuration settings? As if you are iI have long added the extensions wav,mp3, and even mp4 but the sound files is not playing.
Also, since you mentioned Sound Player is that something inbuilt with eDocman or do I have to get that?
Thanks
Daley

Hi
Dont worry figured it the problem is the extension .wav as the player does not support it as it plays .mp3 files easily. I will later convert all the files initially uploaded over to .mp3 so that is not a big deal
Thanks
