1.10.0 Dont work - Problem with document download, i follow the instrution, but link download go to a white page e don't start download

Nothing to do, I'm sorry, I proceeded to download the zip package, and reinstall.

Does not work,

1) the download link opens a blank page,
2) the inserted document has problems with any icon (file missising + empty)
3) Joomla Error - Saving failed with the following error: Invalid Parent ID

and

And then, you can try to save items again
