Google structured data - rating and reviews problem?

Edocman is very nice and convenient. We don't want to give up on this. For this reason, we purchased it immediately. But it is very important for us to see stars on google searches. Please help us with this.

You already submitted 2 tickets on Edocman extension about:
- Changing Sef links of Edocman
- Adding Google rating.
With first problem, as i explained, we aren't able to remove the aliases of Joomla menu in the sef links, with any extensions, the sef links will have this format:
http://domain + menu_alias + alias_of_item
You can see that point even on my site, the alias of menus are always shown in the sef links
With second problem, feature "Google rating" isn't available in Edocman (you can read document describe to confirm).
I know you are disappointed when receiving negative answers, but hope you understand that we can support all problems in product. Please continue using Edocman and let us know if you need any further help.
