Nothing happens @frontend upload for user

Nothing happens @frontend upload for user was created by Tennisclub Westerbork
When a users logs on all fine (showing catagories etc) but when user tries to upload a document (all fields filled in) and presses the "submit" at the bottom nothing happens.

Please advise what is wrong?

Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. I will check the issue for you.
