Document Thumbnail Dimensions Bug was created by Cynthia Rodzen
For some reason, the Document thumbnail width and height are being reversed. In order to show a document thumbnail 155 px wide by 200 px high, I must set the WIDTH to 200 and the HEIGHT to 155.
