Edocman is not compatible with Ark Editor. The front-end only appears when the all of the edocman access is public. The front-end does not appear when the edocman access is registered.
I don't know if the bug is in ArkEditor's side or if it's in Edocman

I was able to get it to work some how. I uninstalled edocman and ark editor. Then I installed ark editor first then edocman. Not sure what was going on but I will try to recreate the same problem again on a different' website.
