SOLVED !!! Edocman Document Indexer plugin - Permission denied was created by Viri
Hi
I have enabled the edocman indexer plugin. Then I went to document item and when I clicked on "Indexed content" Tab I got the followiong notice:
sh: /home/.../public_html/.../plugins/edocman/indexer/binaries/linux/pdftotext: Permission denied
Any ideas how to make it work?
Thanks

This worked for me setting the file permission to 755 for file: plugins/edocman/indexer/binaries/linux/pdftotext.
I had to Save the document in edocman again to get it to index, but it works correctly.
Thanks!

OK Robert, in case you want to index all documents of Edocman at one time (instead of clicking re-index link many times), you can use PDF Indexer add-on of us:
