Force Review of License Before Download

I am making materials available to my students to download from my website. A special Category has been set up for them and permissions are all established. No problems there.

I have a special license created for the documents that I am making available for download, but the download can be done without the students ever viewing the license. Is there a way to configure the application to require the license to be viewed after clicking on the Download button?

I found the answer to my question, so I thought that I should share it.
Under eDocman > Configuration, the item 4th from the bottom is "Accept license before download". After changing this to yes the terms of the license must be accepted to enable the download button.
