[Solved]: All Titles Start Downloads?

Whenever you click on the titles here : www.nvraracing.com/newletters-2 it starts downloading the file. Is this a configuration issue, chrome thing... or what?

Hi Stan,
In Edocman Configuration > Tab: Themes. There is the Configure option: Use Download Link to Document title . If you turn this option on On. When user click on the Title of documents, they will be downloaded. If you don't want user to click on the Document titles to download files, you can turn that option off.
