blank page on view or download

I've seen this issue before but I don't know how I fixed it as it's been awhile. We are running the latest eDocman and all of a sudden we get blank pages on view or download. You can try it here: wheatlandcounty.ca/component/edocman/pla...area-structure-plans
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is there a way for me to turn on debugging for eDocman that would make it easier to investigate on my end?

It's a prod site and it's for a vendor so I can't give you admin rights. Is there a way to turn up logging or debugging so I can provide you with some detail? Did you have a look at the url I sent? Listings work fine just can't view the pdf?
